What you will do

• Address and resolve daily operational requests for international corporate clients.
• Manage non-commercial documentation, including account opening and capital increase letters.
• Process account administration tasks such as opening, closing, and blocking accounts.
• Verify client signatures and confirm account statuses alongside Relationship Managers.
• Investigate and resolve operational errors or processing delays reported by clients.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to local and international department projects.

Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Solid knowledge of English is required.
• Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma with an Economic profile.
• At least one year of operational banking experience, preferably in a client-facing role.
• Understanding of banking legislation and related regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and strong client-oriented communication skills.
