Requirements
- Must be fluent in German or French.
- Must be based in or able to work onsite in Bucharest, Romania.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to pass background checks in accordance with company policy.
Nice to have
- Relevant LM certifications.
- Prior experience in business process management.
