Customer Support Specialist (US Moving)

Location: Astana, Kazakhstan; remote work supporting U.S.-based operations. Night shifts: 7:00/8:00 PM–4:00/5:00 AM Astana time.

Salary: USD 700–1,500 net per month.

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate information about moving services and processes.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain clear records of customer interactions.

• Deliver a high-quality customer experience.

Requirements

• English at B2 level or higher, with clear spoken and written communication.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Availability for night shifts from 7:00/8:00 PM to 4:00/5:00 AM Astana time.
• Responsibility, punctuality, and attention to detail.
• No previous experience is required; customer service experience is a plus.
