Workday Solutions Developer (Workday)

Location: 100% remote within the United States

Salary: $100,000–$150,000 annually

What you will do

• Configure Workday solutions across HCM and Finance.
• Design advanced, composite, and custom Workday reports.
• Develop and maintain calculated fields, business processes, and condition rules.
• Support Workday integrations and stakeholder needs across HR, finance, and IT.
• Manage Workday tenants and support the platform release process.
• Contribute to Workday Extend application development and PRISM Analytics initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Workday technical experience; the position description also specifies 6+ years of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Deep expertise in Workday Report Writer, including advanced and composite reports.
• Strong proficiency with calculated fields across HCM and Finance.
• Hands-on experience with business process configuration, condition rules, and the Workday security framework.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States as a U.S. citizen, Green Card holder, EAD holder, or H-1B transfer candidate. New H-1B visa petitions cannot be sponsored.

Nice to have

• Workday Pro certifications.
• Experience with Workday Extend application development.
• Familiarity with PRISM data ingestion and modeling.
• Exposure to multi-tenant or multi-region Workday deployments.
• Experience supporting Workday Payroll or Workday Financials.
