AI Transformation Analyst - WM&I (Generative AI): Supporting AI discovery and adoption across Wealth Management & Insurance by mapping processes, documenting use cases, designing prompts, and preparing enablement materials with an accent on safe, reliable, and practical business adoption. Focus on tracking adoption KPIs, refining reusable AI assets, and coordinating pilots with Data & AI, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and business stakeholders.
Location: Madrid, Spain. Hybrid working model with some days remote and some days onsite with the team.

What you will do
- Support AI discovery and adoption activities across Wealth Management & Insurance through workshops, interviews, process mapping, and use-case documentation.
- Design, test, and refine prompts and practical generative AI examples for business teams.
- Document user journeys, process changes, expected benefits, adoption learnings, and control considerations.
- Prepare training materials, user guides, playbooks, FAQs, and communications.
- Track adoption, usage, feedback, barriers, improvement opportunities, and success stories.
- Coordinate pilots and adoption activities with Data & AI, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- Typically 0–3 years of experience in transformation, consulting, data, technology, operations, product, innovation, or financial services.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Fluent English required.
- Practical understanding of generative AI, prompting, copilots, and business productivity tools.
- Ability to analyze processes, identify friction points, document opportunities, and track basic adoption KPIs.
- Working knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and collaboration tools.
Nice to have
- Experience with generative AI tools, productivity copilots, analytics tools, or automation solutions.
- Relevant coursework or practical exposure to artificial intelligence, analytics, digital transformation, or process improvement.
- Exposure to Power Platform, Python, or analytics tools.
- Fluent Spanish or additional languages relevant to a global Wealth Management & Insurance environment.
