What you will do
- Break down high-level product requirements into detailed UX flows, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
- Design implementation scenarios while balancing trade-offs in unit economics and product profitability.
- Build and maintain feature-level metrics and ensure accurate tracking in collaboration with Data/PM teams.
- Develop robust unit economics models to support pricing and monetization strategies.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to refine UX and ensure technical and compliance feasibility.
- Validate data quality and generate hypothesis-driven improvements for product retention and conversion.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in Business or Product Analytics within product-focused teams.
- Hands-on experience with loyalty and retention programs like cashback or rewards.
- Strong proficiency in product economics, unit economics modeling, and product metrics.
- Proven ability to drive features end-to-end from PRD to delivery.
- Basic SQL proficiency and experience with analytics tools and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Must be based in Spain.
Nice to have
- Background in fintech, crypto, or payment processing industries.
- Experience with pricing, monetization, or event tracking integrations.
