Supply Network Operations Planner

Location: Cincinnati General Offices, United States. Relocation is not offered. Immigration sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $62,100–$77,600 per year, plus bonus if applicable and benefits.

What you will do

• Develop timely and accurate plans and schedules for sourcing, production, and shipment of materials and finished products.
• Own planning activities including master data setup and short- and long-term production scheduling.
• Support demand planning, volume forecasting, and capacity planning across the supply network.
• Set up, monitor, and adjust planning settings and plans to optimize results.
• Analyze key performance metrics and identify opportunities for supply network and work process improvements.
• Communicate with external partners and define, prevent, and resolve routine operational problems.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–5 years of experience in supply chain management or business administration.
• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, as well as keyboarding and databases.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and the Windows environment.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze performance metrics and implement systematic solutions.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
• Experience with Power BI, KNIME, or other data platforms.
