SAP Solution Architect

Location: Tampa, Florida, United States — hybrid schedule with 4 days onsite and 1 day remote

What you will do

• Define and maintain SAP solution architecture across business processes, applications, integrations, data, security, and infrastructure.
• Lead architecture for SAP S/4HANA implementations, migrations, upgrades, and transformation initiatives.
• Translate business objectives into scalable solution designs and establish architecture standards, patterns, and technical guardrails.
• Design and evaluate integrations between SAP and cloud platforms, legacy systems, third-party applications, and enterprise data environments.
• Oversee data architecture, master data, migration, reporting, cybersecurity, IAM, access controls, and compliance requirements.
• Guide architecture reviews, implementation partners, testing, cutover, go-live readiness, and post-production stabilization.

Requirements

• 10+ years of SAP technology experience, including significant SAP architecture or enterprise solution design experience.
• Experience as an SAP Solution Architect, SAP Enterprise Architect, or Lead SAP Architect on large-scale enterprise implementations.
• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA architecture, implementation, migration, or modernization.
• Extensive experience with SAP and non-SAP integrations, APIs, middleware, data integration, interfaces, cloud technologies, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Ability to work across functional, technical, infrastructure, security, data, and business teams and provide oversight to consulting and systems-integration partners.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, documentation, and executive communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in the utility or energy industry and regulated enterprise environments.
• Experience with SAP BTP, ECC, SuccessFactors, Ariba, EAM/Asset Management, or related SAP platforms.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, SAP security, IAM, GRC, TOGAF, or enterprise architecture governance.
• SAP architecture, TOGAF, cloud, or related professional certifications.
