Senior Consultant - Behavioral Health (Mental and Behavioral Health Services)

Location: Remote within the United States, with travel across the U.S. to meet clients and attend key events.

Salary: $88,900–$120,000 annually.

What you will do

• Develop and execute growth strategies, identify sales opportunities, and expand existing customer relationships.
• Lead proposal writing, sales presentations, client reports, and conference participation.
• Build relationships with education leaders, policymakers, and other stakeholders to understand their priorities.
• Support the product roadmap and feature development for EDPlan Health - MBHS.
• Lead client demonstrations, strategic technology implementations, and technical assistance engagements.
• Manage complex projects, client accounts, staff delegation, and cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 10 years of experience required; a graduate degree is preferred.
• 5–10 years of experience in consulting, business development, or client relationship management related to MBHS policy, information systems, or technology.
• Experience with K–12 education, school-based mental and behavioral health support, information technology, or finance and business operations.
• Ability to develop business growth strategies, close new opportunities, and lead sales processes.
• Strong research, policy and regulatory analysis, communication, presentation, negotiation, critical-thinking, and project management skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel across the U.S. for client engagements and key events.
