Senior Consultant - Workday HCM

Location: US - National; work may be performed remotely or onsite, with travel of up to 100%.

What you will do

• Evaluate current-system processes and procedures and recommend workflow and system configuration improvements.
• Support client system builds by identifying, testing, and troubleshooting software systems.
• Provide project management, project leadership, status coordination, and work-product oversight.
• Work with project teams, end users, client leadership, and hirify.global staff.
• Document work progress, issues, escalations, handoffs, and other required project information.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and additional project-specific consulting support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Relevant training, certification, or accreditation.
• At least 2 years of relevant industry-specific experience; 5+ years of professional experience strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, technical, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage deadlines, exercise sound judgment, and escalate appropriately.
• Availability for variable schedules, after-hours support, and travel of up to 100% as required by hirify.global or the client.

Nice to have

• Previous consulting experience.
• Aptitude for mentoring and guiding others.
