Global Lead, Accounting Product Suite (Financial Services)

Location: Chicago, IL, United States; hybrid. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship.

Salary: $164,600–$288,000 USD per year, plus a discretionary bonus program that may include an equity component.

What you will do

• Own the global portfolio of accounting products, including portfolio accounting, daily unitization, plan allocation, data, reporting, and service capabilities.
• Define product vision, market positioning, value proposition, and a multi-year roadmap.
• Lead modernization, industry analysis, innovation, client engagements, and external industry representation.
• Align Product, Technology, Operations, Finance, Risk, Compliance, Sales, Relationship, and senior leadership stakeholders.
• Own pricing strategy, product P&L, capital planning, investment prioritization, and business case development.
• Sponsor product lifecycle delivery while managing governance, controls, dependencies, execution risks, and outcomes.

Requirements

• Extensive financial services experience with significant product management experience.
• Deep accounting expertise; experience with Defined Contribution plan structures is preferred.
• Experience managing global product portfolios with P&L accountability.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of market dynamics.
• Enterprise leadership presence, strategic thinking, execution focus, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders in complex matrixed organizations.
• U.S. work authorization without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship is required.
