Sr. Product Manager – Client360 (C360)

Location: Chicago, IL; applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship.

Salary: $114,500–$194,700 USD annual base pay, plus potential discretionary bonus and equity component.

What you will do

• Define and execute the Client360 product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle activities.
• Develop Client360 capabilities covering client and household representations, relationship structures, ownership models, and related data domains.
• Partner with Technology, Data, Operations, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable capabilities across Wealth Management platforms.
• Drive cross-platform alignment to reduce duplication, improve data quality, and create consistent client representations.
• Manage cross-team dependencies, integration points, delivery risks, and go-to-market rollouts.
• Prioritize enhancements using qualitative and quantitative insights, track KPIs and P&L, and drive product adoption and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• College or university degree and/or relevant proven work experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of client data management, relationship structures, householding, data governance, enterprise data products, shared data models, and integrations.
• Knowledge of client needs, business strategy development, product planning, profitability, and performance management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, relationship-building, influencing, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives involving ambiguous issues and multiple disciplines.
• U.S. work authorization is required; employment-based visa sponsorship is not available.
