Senior Director Product Marketing & Product Management (Semiconductor)

Location: Virtual - Chicago, United States; minimum 40% international travel required

Salary: $185,000–$280,000 per year

What you will do

• Define global product strategies, technology roadmaps, and portfolio priorities for the Power Semiconductor Business Unit.
• Optimize the product portfolio, prioritize investments, and identify strategic growth opportunities across global markets.
• Lead product lifecycle management, portfolio performance monitoring, pricing strategy, forecasting, allocation planning, and lifecycle decisions.
• Own business strategy for new product development from concept definition through launch and commercialization.
• Develop business cases, product positioning, investment recommendations, and market, customer, and competitive intelligence capabilities.
• Lead, coach, and develop a global Product Marketing and Product Management organization while aligning R&D, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Technical Marketing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, Business Management, or a comparable leadership role in the semiconductor industry.
• Deep understanding of semiconductor technologies, applications, and markets, combined with strong commercial, strategic, and technical business acumen.
• Experience defining product roadmaps, developing business cases, and successfully launching new products.
• Demonstrated leadership in global, cross-functional organizations and international business environments, including organizational development and succession planning.
• Fluent English communication skills and willingness to travel at least 40% internationally.
