Salary: $89,174.00–$142,679.00 annually

What you will do

• Design and implement specialty pharmacy network strategies, reimbursement models, participation requirements, and contracting opportunities.
• Develop network optimization, pricing, performance management, and cost-reduction strategies while maintaining member access and provider relationships.
• Conduct financial and qualitative analysis, business case development, network evaluations, and impact assessments.
• Translate complex network, reimbursement, and market dynamics into recommendations and actionable plans for stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Monitor industry, regulatory, technology, provider, PBM, and market trends affecting network performance and cost management.
• Collaborate with specialty pharmacies, PBMs, vendors, consultants, providers, and internal departments to develop affordability solutions.

Requirements

• Must be located in North Carolina for the Remote Flex arrangement.
• Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree where required.
• At least 5 years of experience in a related field.
• In lieu of a degree, at least 7 years of experience in a related field.
• Experience or knowledge in healthcare consulting, financial management, reimbursement, strategic planning, reporting, and analysis.
