NCG Specialist (Logistics)

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; onsite, full-time

What you will do

• Coordinate sourcing, transportation, and delivery of non-commercial shopfitting materials across Construction & Facilities projects.
• Manage logistics flows from split-points to project sites with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Support material planning and project execution in collaboration with Project Managers, Facility, and Commercial teams.
• Maintain data in systems such as Tango to support forecasting, planning, and material tracking.
• Oversee inventory, material reuse, and waste management in line with sustainability and operational guidelines.
• Resolve issues, change requests, and claims while supporting continuous improvement and global NCG standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or NCG operations.
• Strong project coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Confidence working with data, MS Office, systems, and logistics processes.
• Structured, detail-oriented, solution-driven, collaborative, proactive, and adaptable working style.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
