Supply Chain Specialist

Location: Shah Alam, Malaysia; onsite, with no remote work available

What you will do

• Manage daily warehouse, inventory, and supply chain transactions.
• Perform accurate transactions in the ERP system.
• Coordinate shipments and deliveries for business and customer needs.
• Follow up with logistics providers and suppliers on delivery status and issues.
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish materials when required.
• Maintain compliance with company procedures and record-keeping requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates may apply; up to 1–2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or inventory operations.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, with basic data analysis and reporting abilities.
• Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with willingness to learn and take initiative.
