Program Executive (Supply Chain)

Location: Penang, Malaysia; onsite, full-time

What you will do

• Manage customer forecasts and trends using Manufacturing Resource Planning concepts to support planning and purchasing.
• Prepare forecast models and assess requirements with customers, suppliers, and sales stakeholders.
• Monitor inventory levels, aging, and forecast performance, and review programs and services with customers for continuous improvement.
• Maintain customer programs, including part profiles, new part additions, end-of-life transitions, and model changes.
• Manage purchase order confirmations, rescheduling reports, and shipment arrangements for customers.
• Collaborate with suppliers on channel policies and develop supply chain improvements that support profitability, sales, and partner satisfaction.

Requirements

• Typically 3+ years of relevant work experience with a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Thorough knowledge of the principles, theories, concepts, practices, techniques, and standards related to the discipline.
• Experience developing solutions, evaluating options, and exercising independent judgment.
• Ability to collaborate with management, internal departments, customers, and suppliers.
