Logistics and Fulfillment Specialist (APAC)

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end fulfillment of service, program, and sales orders across the Asia Pacific region.
• Process customer orders accurately and act as the primary contact for fulfillment inquiries and escalations.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments with freight forwarders, ocean and air carriers, transportation providers, warehouses, and 3PL partners.
• Resolve order issues, inventory constraints, shipment delays, and service interruptions.
• Monitor fulfillment metrics and support logistics cost reduction, productivity, and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Maintain shipping documentation and compliance with trade requirements, company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Professional experience in logistics, supply chain operations, order fulfillment, freight forwarding, or customer operations.
• Experience with freight forwarders, ocean and air freight, shipping providers, warehousing, 3PL operations, and import/export processes.
• Knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes, customer service, stakeholder management, analysis, and problem-solving.
• Experience using SAP, Warehouse Management Systems, Microsoft Excel, and the MS Office Suite.
• Strong organizational, communication, prioritization, and interpersonal skills in a fast-paced environment.

• Professional qualifications in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
