Technical Success Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Edinburgh, UK. Candidates must have and maintain the right to work in the United Kingdom from the first day of employment. Occasional travel to visit clients may be required.

What you will do

• Advise clients on technical and industry matters and architect scalable, best-practice solutions for existing hirify.global environments.
• Deliver high-value client outcomes while navigating technical limitations and resolving roadblocks.
• Manage expectations, communication, project health, and status with clients, internal teams, and senior leadership.
• Establish project momentum, prioritize and context-switch across simultaneous projects, and drive each engagement to completion.
• Partner with Account Executives, Support Leads, Client Success Managers, and Product Managers to define effective business-as-usual service models.
• Work with R&D to develop scalable tools, pre-configured templates, processes, and methodologies that improve client self-sufficiency and reduce project effort.

Requirements

• Right to work in the United Kingdom from the first day of employment.
• 2+ years of professional experience in project management, financial services, or consulting.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills, with the ability to train and communicate with partners across email, phone, and face-to-face settings.
• Understanding of historical data conversion methodologies and different source systems, or willingness to learn.
• Independence, adaptability, creativity, a solution-oriented mindset, and comfort navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interest in technology and finance, with a thorough approach and focus on continuous improvement.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing investment-management software.
• Ability to program or script, particularly in Python.
• Experience with Databricks and Claude.
• Prior client-facing experience.
