Director, Client Consulting - Visa Consulting & Analytics (Fintech)

Location: Singapore; hybrid position with office attendance expectations confirmed by the hiring manager.

What you will do

• Own strategic relationships with issuers, acquirers, merchants, fintechs, and other hirify.global clients and partners.
• Develop advisory opportunities and lead engagements from problem definition through analysis, recommendations, implementation planning, and execution support.
• Advise client leadership teams on payments innovation, customer behavior, competitive dynamics, digital transformation, and industry trends.
• Build client value propositions using hirify.global data, products, assets, and expertise, and deliver measurable commercial outcomes.
• Collaborate with Client Account Executives and cross-functional teams on joint account plans and integrated client solutions.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams while providing guidance, coaching, and quality assurance.

Requirements

• More than 10 years of payments experience in banking, cards, payment providers, fintech, or related industries.
• Proven experience owning strategic client relationships and delivering commercial outcomes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the use of data, market intelligence, and business insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Experience working directly with C-suite and senior executives and influencing decisions across stakeholders.
• Ability to connect data streams into clear narratives and guide the development of storyboards, templates, and visuals.
• Ability to draft proposals, lead pitches, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with geographically distributed teams.
