Solutions Consultant - FP&A (Product Implementation)

What you will do

• Design, model, and configure proof-of-concepts and pilot implementations in hirify.global.
• Advise CFOs and finance leaders by translating FP&A, consolidation, and scenario-planning requirements into technical logic.
• Design scalable data models and guide the structuring of ERP, CRM, and HRIS data.
• Lead technical workshops covering business logic, data flows, and customized financial models.
• Conduct technical discovery of existing architectures, including spreadsheets and legacy EPM systems.
• Provide implementation feedback to Product and Engineering on data handling, modeling flexibility, and calculation performance.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in EPM implementation, sales engineering, or technical finance roles.
• Deep modeling experience with at least one major EPM product, such as Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, TM1/Planning Analytics, Planful, Vena, Jedox, Abacum, or Runway.
• Working knowledge of schemas, dimensions, cubes, data granularity, and hierarchy management.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, revenue recognition, and driver-based planning; hands-on experience building financial models.
• Ability to communicate with and advise CFOs and other C-level finance executives.

Nice to have

• CPA or CA designation.
• Significant FP&A or corporate finance experience.
