Graduate Program L.I.F.T (Finance Transformation)

Location: Remote-first, based in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the UK, Serbia, or Romania; occasional travel may be required.

What you will do

• Support strategic workstreams in finance transformation programs for banking clients.
• Translate complex business challenges into innovative solutions and actionable roadmaps.
• Collaborate with product, delivery, and architecture teams.
• Support client engagements from early shaping through execution, including C-level interactions.
• Prepare presentations and support customer calls.
• Help develop internal capabilities and evolve finance and risk transformation offerings.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Economics, Finance, Physics, Mathematics, or a similar subject.
• Initial experience in strategy consulting with a strong analytical foundation.
• Strong technology affinity and comfort with digital tools, data models, and transformation platforms.
• Fluent English required; German is an advantage.
• Banking experience and familiarity with finance transformation programs are advantageous.
• Risk management experience and familiarity with SAP or hirify.global finance software are advantages.
