What you will do
- Support strategic workstreams in finance transformation programs for banking clients.
- Translate complex business challenges into innovative solutions and actionable roadmaps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, delivery, and architecture.
- Support client engagements from early shaping to execution, including C-level interactions.
- Create presentations and prepare for customer calls.
- Contribute to internal capability building and team development.
Requirements
- Master's degree or Ph.D. in Economics, Finance, Physics, Mathematics or similar.
- Must be based in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, UK, Serbia, or Romania.
- First experience in strategy consulting with a strong analytical foundation.
- Strong tech affinity and comfort working with digital tools and data models.
- Fluent in English.
Nice to have
- Experience in banking and industry dynamics.
- Familiarity with transformation programs and operating model design.
- Risk management experience.
- Experience with SAP or software.
- German language proficiency.
