Finance Transformation Principal Consultant (ERP/AI)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid working with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office or on client site, and up to 5 days per week on a client site depending on the assignment.

What you will do

• Lead or support finance strategy, operating model, process and system design, and transformation planning.
• Manage finance process and system developments and implementations, including vendor and systems integrator oversight.
• Lead teams in optimising finance processes through Oracle Fusion Cloud, SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft D365, and AI technologies.
• Provide client-side advisory support and best-practice guidance throughout the transformation lifecycle.
• Support change management, employee engagement, training, and benefits realisation.

Requirements

• Experience in finance transformation programmes or finance performance improvement projects.
• Strong consulting, stakeholder engagement, communication, intervention, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of finance platforms such as Oracle, SAP, Microsoft D365, or similar.
• Experience with finance process and systems design, data migration, and reporting strategy.
• Qualified or part-qualified accountant, or significant experience in finance line management, project delivery, or change-support roles.
• For roles requiring UK security clearance, applicants must be British citizens or have been continuously resident in the UK for the past 5 years; all employees undergo background checks and Baseline Personnel Security Standard screening.
