Senior Mechatronics Engineer (Robotics)

What you will do

• Design and develop mobile robots, robotic arms, and other robotic systems.
• Build rapid prototypes and production-ready automation solutions.
• Test robotic solutions in simulation and real-world environments.
• Design automated systems that improve production efficiency and precision.
• Lead marketing and product management activities for the mechatronics team.
• Participate in technical pre-sales and research navigation, sensing, decision-making, and robotic mechanism performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Robotics, Control Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
• Strong experience designing, integrating, and commissioning complex robotics or industrial automation systems.
• Advanced knowledge of PLC and SCADA technologies, preferably Siemens.
• Hands-on experience with Fanuc, ABB, KUKA, or Universal Robots platforms.
• Practical expertise in electrical system design, control cabinets, and documentation using ePlan or AutoCAD Electrical.
• Strong understanding of robotics principles, control systems, hardware/software architecture, safety engineering, and industrial standards; proficiency in English is required for customer communication, workshops, and technical documentation.

Nice to have

• Experience with Beckhoff or Allen Bradley systems.
• Mechanical design experience with SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
• C++ or Python development for embedded systems, including ARM-based platforms and RTOS environments.
• PCB design, prototyping, electronics integration, and breadboarding experience.
