Process Automation Engineer (Automotive)

Location: Krakow, Poland; hybrid work with 47 remote-work days per year and flexible working hours.

What you will do

• Initiate and oversee process technology development activities.
• Lead automation development projects from concept definition through standardization and industrialization.
• Analyze customer requirements and assumptions from the core engineering group.
• Assess the feasibility, cost implications, and performance benefits of new mechatronic equipment.
• Research, test, simulate, and visualize new production technologies and concepts.
• Coordinate development activities between product design, process engineering, and departments involved in automotive component production.

Requirements

• Engineering or master’s degree in a technical field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position, process development, and production.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Analytical, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Valid category B driving license.
• Automotive industry experience is an advantage.
