Location: Minsk, Tbilisi, Warsaw, or Chișinău; remote B2B work from Georgia or Poland, or hybrid/remote work from Belarus or Moldova

What you will do
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional engineering team responsible for the Boss Revolution Calling App.
- Recruit, retain, and develop engineering talent through regular one-on-ones, mentoring, and performance support.
- Manage team structure, resource allocation, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment.
- Improve agile engineering processes, delivery efficiency, software quality, and continuous improvement practices.
- Guide technical decisions, architectural standards, innovation, and mitigation of technical risks.
- Partner with Compliance on regulatory requirements and audits, and lead incident reviews focused on root-cause resolution.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience leading cross-functional agile development teams.
- Solid hands-on software engineering experience and hands-on mobile application development experience or experience managing mobile development teams.
- Familiarity with continuous integration, automated testing, release management, and performance monitoring.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience hiring and nurturing high-performing engineering teams.
- Good command of English at B2 level or higher.
