What you will do

• Lead through code (≈75% hands-on), implementing features and architectural changes using AI tools like Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, and Claude.
• Pioneer and scale AI-enabled development cycles and workflows across the engineering organization.
• Own the Patient Engagement area, focusing on user retention, engagement, and continuity of care.
• Partner closely with Product and Design to solve end-to-end patient problems.
• Measure and communicate the impact of AI transformation through delivery speed, quality, and developer satisfaction metrics.

Requirements

• Solid hands-on experience using AI to accelerate software development, including writing, reviewing, and refactoring code.
• Proven track record of delivering complex software, ideally within regulated environments where reliability is critical.
• Strong technical leadership skills with the ability to inspire others through direct results and high standards.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and a passion for mentoring and teaching through pairing and retrospectives.
• Must be based in Poland.
