Engineering Manager, IAM (Landing Pages)

Location: Toronto, hybrid

Salary: CA$191,459–CA$338,434 per year; expected OTE of CA$215,200–CA$380,400 per year, including performance-based compensation.

What you will do

• Lead the Landing Pages engineering team and define its vision, goals, and processes.
• Develop a platform for creating, hosting, and serving standalone web experiences such as sign-up forms, preference centers, and surveys.
• Guide development of the drag-and-drop editor, templating system, hosting and delivery layer, APIs, integrations, and performance reporting.
• Partner with product, design, and engineering to prioritize initiatives, validate decisions with usage data, and grow product adoption.
• Guide key architectural decisions and contribute code in high-leverage situations.
• Recruit, coach, motivate, and develop high-performing engineers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with a strong track record of success.
• 2+ years of experience leading high-performing teams.
• Ability to operate with autonomy and responsibility while engaging with technical details.
• Strong product judgment and attention to detail, with experience building intuitive, high-quality user experiences.
• Experience building foundational systems at scale and leading software projects that significantly advanced organizational goals.
• Demonstrated success building, motivating, and retaining high-performing teams in high-growth environments.
