Manager, Software Engineering (Pega)

What you will do

• Lead the planning, execution, and completion of Pega features and projects.
• Manage project scope, risks, dependencies, timelines, and delivery quality.
• Analyze component interactions and dependencies to maintain system integrity.
• Set performance goals, conduct regular 1:1s, provide feedback, and manage the employee lifecycle.
• Use code reviews and work assessments to improve quality and deepen team expertise.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders on strategic insights and automation solutions while resolving conflicts appropriately.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience and experience leading teams on large projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Extensive experience designing workflows using Pega capabilities and delivering complex Pega projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and experience mentoring teams in their application.
• Experience driving collaboration across cross-functional teams and managing complex project scopes and risks.
