Distribution Supervisor (Food Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Supervise shipping and transport operations for an assigned shift.
• Schedule, assign, train, monitor, and evaluate distribution associates.
• Coordinate shipping and transport schedules with other departments.
• Manage associate relations, payroll processing in Kronos, route accounting, and product reconciliation.
• Maintain safety, food safety, food quality, and GMP compliance.
• Apply lean tools, process capability, and operational discipline to improve efficiency and reduce waste.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; some college preferred.
• At least 2 years of distribution supervisory experience, preferably in the food industry.
• Leadership, communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
