Assistant Manager, Fulfillment Operations - Day Shift

Location: On-site in Commercial Point, Ohio, south of Columbus. Monday–Thursday, with core hours from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; availability before and after the shift is required when needed for opening, handoff, and wrap-up duties.

Salary: $74,689–$89,640 annually, with weekly pay and bonus opportunities.

What you will do

• Lead on-site day-shift operations across picking, packing, kitting, and outbound sortation.
• Manage supervisors and provide visible, hands-on leadership across a shift of more than 190 team members.
• Partner with the Senior Fulfillment Analyst to build labor plans aligned with inbound and outbound volume.
• Manage daily workflows to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
• Coach, train, and mentor supervisors while building accountability and engagement.
• Monitor KPIs, improve processes, reduce waste, support shift handoffs, and enforce safety protocols.

Requirements

• 8+ years of management experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment.
• At least 3 years managing supervisors or other people leaders.
• Experience with warehouse management systems, inventory control, and order fulfillment processes.
• Proven ability to drive safety, performance, accountability, and operational results in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 10–12 hours per shift, average 10,000+ steps per day, and regularly lift and move items up to 20 lbs.
• Must work on-site in Commercial Point, Ohio, and be available before and after core shift hours when required.
