Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Kapolei, Hawaii, United States

Salary: $67,000–$101,000 annual; bonus and/or incentive eligible.

What you will do

• Administer daily warehouse operations, including processing, packaging, storage, receiving, and shipment of supplies, materials, and equipment.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, audit received goods, and ensure materials are properly accounted for.
• Lead warehouse employees by assigning work, monitoring progress, reviewing accuracy, and providing technical guidance.
• Coach and mentor staff on productivity, quality, safety, and company values.
• Complete operational paperwork accurately and on time while controlling overtime within the allocated budget.
• Collaborate with customer service to resolve warehouse-related issues and support a safe work environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience coaching, mentoring, and training staff.
• At least 3 years of warehouse experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to sit, walk, or stand for prolonged periods.
