Operations Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, USA. On-site night-shift role with either a Sunday–Tuesday schedule or a Wednesday–Friday schedule, 7:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m., plus every other Saturday.

Salary: $102,061k–$129,414k annually.

What you will do

• Manage printing, trimming, case binding, and shipping operations for assigned Lightning Source production departments.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, order routing, requisitioning, shift staffing, and production quality control.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer complaints, fulfill rush orders, and meet client needs.
• Oversee supervisors and associates on the assigned shift, including evaluations, attendance records, hiring, and training.
• Ensure compliance with safety and hazardous-material guidelines.

Requirements

• College degree or equivalent directly related year-for-year experience.
• At least 3 years of management experience.
• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Availability for a 7:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m. night-shift schedule at the Chambersburg facility.
