Operations Supervisor, Distribution (Day Shift)

Location: Roseburg, Oregon, USA; onsite day shift, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm

Salary: $74,353–$94,011 per year

What you will do

• Supervise the efficient operation of assigned warehouse distribution shifts and departments.
• Identify, organize, plan, and allocate resources based on volume and staffing needs.
• Analyze shift performance indicators, standardized reports, and operational issues, taking corrective action when needed.
• Engage associates, delegate work, and escalate issues that require higher-level support.
• Maintain payroll and HR-related records, including daily KRONOS input and status reports.
• Interview, select, train, and provide performance counseling for associates, including progressive discipline when required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 3 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse or related environment.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience.
• At least 6 months of experience involving physical activities such as walking, standing, lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, climbing, reaching, and keyboard use.
