Salary: $117,900–$141,500 annually in San Jose; $100,200–$120,300 annually in Draper

What you will do

• Own a defined product area, feature set, or workflow within the FinSuite payments platform from discovery through post-launch iteration.
• Write product requirements, user stories, success metrics, rollout plans, and launch-readiness materials.
• Drive squad execution through prioritization, sprint participation, risk identification, and dependency management.
• Build quarterly roadmaps and maintain a biannual view of priorities and sequencing.
• Track adoption, reliability, operational efficiency, revenue enablement, and AI or self-service coverage metrics.
• Partner with engineering, design, analytics, CX, operations, GTM, and Finance to deliver operationally and commercially effective payment features.

Requirements

• 2+ years of product management experience or equivalent product-adjacent experience with clear ownership of customer and business outcomes.
• Experience shipping software products end to end with engineering and design, including requirements, execution tracking, and launches.
• Strong written communication skills for requirements, decision documents, and stakeholder updates.
• Ability to use data to size opportunities, prioritize work, evaluate outcomes, and define success metrics.
• Ability to manage ambiguity within a bounded scope, work independently, and escalate blockers with context.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Experience with payments, fintech, platform products, or operations-heavy environments.
• Exposure to AI-enabled product experiences, agent workflows, self-service tooling, or LLM-based product instrumentation.
• Familiarity with ACH, checks, wires, cards, or financial services platforms serving SMB customers.
