Salary: $191,500–$239,400 annually in San Jose; $162,800–$203,500 annually in Draper

What you will do

• Own the multi-year vision and strategy for expanding the core Accounts Payable product into international markets.
• Define frameworks for prioritizing and sequencing market entry while balancing opportunity, regulatory complexity, and launch speed.
• Lead product discovery and delivery across engineering, design, data, finance, compliance, payments partnerships, and go-to-market.
• Translate local payment rails, currencies, tax rules, and regulatory requirements into product specifications, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
• Deliver multi-currency payment workflows, local payment methods, regional compliance capabilities, and AI-powered invoice capture across languages and formats.
• Track market entry, adoption, activation, retention, and revenue to guide product decisions and iteration.

Requirements

• Depth in B2B financial workflows, including Accounts Payable automation, payments, or accounting software.
• Experience building or scaling products for international markets, including localization, multi-currency, and cross-border or in-country payments.
• Knowledge of regulatory, tax, and payment-rail requirements across one or more international regions, such as EMEA, APAC, LATAM, or Canada.
• Track record of launching and scaling complex products while aligning stakeholders across geographies.
• Strong framework-driven prioritization, executive-ready communication, and ability to create clarity in ambiguous environments.
• Experience partnering with payment providers, banks, or regulatory bodies to launch financial products in new markets.

• Experience embedding AI into product workflows and identifying areas that deliver meaningful user value.
• Experience working across multi-quarter, multi-region programs.
