Location: KIPP Capital Region schools in Albany, NY and Troy, NY, United States

Salary: $128,300–$141,800 per year

What you will do

• Manage and develop three or more School Principals across the regional portfolio.
• Support Principals in creating and executing school plans, academic strategies, talent strategies, and improvement priorities.
• Provide senior instructional leadership, coaching, professional development, and support for school leadership teams.
• Monitor academic, engagement, enrollment, attendance, talent, and budget-related performance goals.
• Build data reports and visualizations, analyze school performance, and use findings to guide continuous improvement.
• Partner with regional leaders and school operations teams to implement initiatives, strengthen systems, and address operational and instructional needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• At least three years of experience as a Principal in a high-performing school.
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills, including team building, collaboration, conflict management, goal setting, and accountability.
• Experience working in schools and urban communities is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule outside regular business hours and access all areas of school facilities as needed.
• Fluent English is required.
