Industrial Maintenance Reliability Tech

Location: Neenah, Wisconsin, USA; full-time, second shift from 12:45 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.; overtime required when needed.

Pay rate: $35.96–$42.15 per hour. Signing bonus: $5,000, paid in two installments after 90 and 180 days.

What you will do

• Perform proactive maintenance, installation, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical, electrical, robotic, automation, hydraulic, pneumatic, and location-specific steam systems.
• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain AC and DC drives and motors, and troubleshoot or modify PLC programs as required.
• Carry out preventive and predictive maintenance, equipment inspections, lubrication improvements, and corrective actions to reduce unplanned failures.
• Perform root cause analysis, implement effective repairs, and develop procedures that minimize recurring equipment failures.
• Document maintenance activities in the computerized maintenance management system and maintain accurate asset histories.
• Collaborate with operations, support operator equipment ownership, maintain 5S standards, and contribute to safety and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• High school diploma, preferably with a vocational focus.
• Four or more years of similar experience for Level I, six or more for Level II, and eight or more for Level III; starting level depends on skills and experience.
• Ability to read mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical schematics, including PLC program logic.
• Experience with electrical work compliant with NFPA 70E, plus location-specific welding, machining, and fabrication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and a CMMS, along with strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Must work onsite in Neenah, Wisconsin, on the assigned second shift and be willing to work overtime.

Nice to have

• Associate’s degree in Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, or a related technical field.
• Equivalent military experience.
• Ten or more years of similar experience for the Senior level, with the ability to serve as a maintenance lead or planner.
