Industrial Maintenance Technician

Location: Neenah, Wisconsin, USA; onsite, 2nd shift

Pay rate: $35.96–$42.15 per hour. Signing bonus: $5,000, paid in two installments of $2,500 after 90 and 180 days.

What you will do

• Maintain, install, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, robotic and automation, hydraulic, pneumatic, and steam equipment and systems.
• Troubleshoot AC and DC drives, motors, PLC programs, and other equipment failures; modify or write PLC programs when required.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions that reduce repeat failures and unplanned downtime.
• Complete preventive and predictive maintenance and help improve maintenance procedures and tasks.
• Document maintenance activities in the computerized maintenance management system and communicate equipment conditions with operations personnel.
• Follow safety, housekeeping, and 5S standards; work overtime when needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma required, preferably with a vocational focus.
• Technical competency in maintaining and repairing industrial mechanical, electrical, automation, hydraulic, pneumatic, and steam systems.
• Ability to read mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical schematics, including PLC program logic.
• Experience with electrical work compliant with NFPA 70E, plus welding, machining, and fabrication skills as required by the location.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and a CMMS, along with strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to adapt to change and learn new skills as processes and technologies are introduced.

Nice to have

• Associate’s degree in Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, or a related technical field.
• Equivalent military experience.
