Manager, GBS - Foundations (Finance)

Location: Mexico City, Antara Tower A, 5th Floor, local office

hirify.global operates a global finance organization with a Mexico City Global Capability Center supporting management reporting and data foundations.

What you will do

• Lead and coach the GCC Management Reporting & Data Foundations team.
• Deliver management reporting and analytical insights across business units, channels, and product hierarchies.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles, including executive packages and KPI dashboards.
• Drive reporting automation and self-service analytics using Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, Power Automate, and AI-enabled analytics.
• Supervise data quality routines, reconciliations, and master data governance with IT and source-system owners.
• Maintain KPI definitions, calculation rules, reporting taxonomy, and collaboration with onshore Finance Excellence stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in FP&A, controllership, or finance transformation, including management reporting, KPI frameworks, or data governance.
• Knowledge of enterprise reporting and self-service analytics tools, including Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, and Snowflake.
• Practical knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Project and change management capabilities, strong analytical and numerical skills, and attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Professional accounting designation such as CPA, CMA, or CGA.
• MBA in Accounting or Finance.
