P2P US Vendor Master Analyst (SAP)

Location: Hybrid, Tlalnepantla de Baz, Mexico

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end supplier onboarding and vendor master data maintenance.
• Review and validate documentation for vendor creation, modifications, and updates.
• Create, update, cleanse, and audit vendor records in SAP S/4HANA and related systems.
• Conduct supplier verifications and support fraud-prevention controls.
• Monitor data-quality, onboarding, compliance, and operational KPIs.
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable, Procurement, Treasury, Strategic Sourcing, suppliers, and audit stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in Vendor Master Data, Accounts Payable, Procurement Operations, Finance, or a related function.
• Strong experience with SAP is required.
• Experience with supplier onboarding, vendor maintenance, and master data management.
• Fluent English proficiency in written and verbal communication.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience supporting U.S. and/or Canadian supplier populations.

Nice to have

• Experience with Ariba SLP, STEP/Stibo, Power BI, VIM Analytics, Coupa MyBuy, or similar procurement solutions.
• Knowledge of Accounts Payable processes and supplier management.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot applied to business processes.
