Location: Polanco, Mexico City, Mexico; hybrid role

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end service delivery across Finance Global Business Services for stakeholders in North America and Latin America.
- Oversee Record to Report, Order to Cash, and Source to Pay operations, including General Ledger and Plant Cost Accounting.
- Ensure SLA adherence, resolve operational issues, and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Strengthen internal controls, audit readiness, SOX compliance, US GAAP adherence, and compliance with local regulations.
- Lead governance forums and business reviews while partnering with regional Finance and business stakeholders.
- Drive productivity, cost optimization, process standardization, automation, analytics, and Finance transformation initiatives while developing a high-performing organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in Finance, Shared Services, or Global Business Services.
- 3+ years of experience leading large, multi-layered teams in complex matrix organizations.
- Strong experience leading Finance Shared Services or Global Business Services operations.
- Fluent English and Spanish communication skills.
- Deep knowledge of accounting, controllership, financial reporting, governance, internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.
Nice to have
- MBA, CPA, or another advanced Finance qualification.
- Experience leading multi-tower GBS organizations or Shared Services centers in Mexico or Latin America.
- Familiarity with SAP ERP, Central Finance, Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
