Senior Manager - Functional Planning Lead (FP&A)

What you will do

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and performance management for Corporate Functions Admin and Domestic BUs Admin.
• Provide executive leadership with scenario analyses, strategic insights, and recommendations for resource allocation and business decisions.
• Own consolidated administrative expense results, forecasts, variance analyses, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate planning assumptions, financial targets, governance, and cross-functional performance processes.
• Drive improvements to planning systems and reporting capabilities, including Anaplan, SAP/S4, dashboards, and automation.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of eight finance professionals, including succession and capability planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 10+ years of FP&A and Accounting experience.
• Experience supporting and influencing Executive Leadership.
• Strong strategic thinking, financial analysis, business partnering, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading teams, developing talent, driving process improvements, and enhancing financial systems.
• Knowledge of Anaplan, SAP/S4, and Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives.
