Luxury Fashion Manager (Jewelry Retail)

Location: Jared Jewelers - Tuttle Crossing, Dublin, Ohio, United States; full-time, on-site store role.

What you will do

• Lead total Fashion category performance, including sales results, customer behaviors, and presentation standards.
• Serve as the in-store expert in styling, wardrobe building, layering, and product storytelling.
• Own Fashion visual merchandising and adjust displays for business priorities and product launches.
• Coach each Fashion team member on a presentation every month and provide actionable feedback.
• Improve ATV, attachment, and clienteling behaviors through consistent personal performance and coaching.
• Partner with store leadership to identify and develop Fashion talent and reinforce teamwork and accountability.

Requirements

• Ability to lead Fashion category performance in a jewelry retail environment.
• Expertise in styling, layering, wardrobe building, and emotional product storytelling.
• Ability to coach team members and turn training into daily behaviors.
• Ability to work full-time on site at the Dublin, Ohio store.
