Sales Associate (Luxury Jewelry)

Location: In-person role at the SoHo store in New York City, United States

Salary: $65,000 base salary plus commission on personal sales

What you will do

• Deliver personalized luxury client experiences and build long-term relationships through outreach, appointments, and CRM follow-up.
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals by generating new business and re-engaging existing clients.
• Provide expert product guidance, styling recommendations, and knowledge of jewelry materials, craftsmanship, and customization.
• Coordinate with Design and internal teams on custom orders, repairs, transactions, and client records.
• Support in-store, virtual, phone, and digital service while maintaining visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
• Assist with inventory operations, shipping and receiving, store events, and product launches.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of retail experience, ideally in fine jewelry, luxury fashion, hospitality, or another high-touch client setting.
• Strong client service, communication, organization, and relationship-management skills.
• Knowledge of fine jewelry, including metals, diamonds, gemstones, and care.
• Experience with POS and CRM systems.
• Ability to handle high-value merchandise and confidential information with discretion.
• Availability for an in-person schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, retail events, and peak business periods.
