Sales Associate III (Luxury Retail)

Location: North Conway, New Hampshire, USA; onsite retail store position

Base pay: $15.00–$19.50 per hour

What you will do

• Represent the hirify.global brand and deliver personalized luxury-retail service through styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
• Drive individual and store sales through cross-selling, upselling, tailored recommendations, customer acquisition, and follow-up.
• Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, social-selling platforms, and short-form video to support repeat purchases.
• Meet personal and team KPIs, create personal sales plans, and maintain strong performance on the sales floor.
• Process purchases, returns, exchanges, and online pickups while completing cash-wrap, POS, and asset-protection procedures.
• Receive shipments, replenish products, maintain inventory, support visual merchandising, and keep the sales floor and stockroom organized.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of sales experience; luxury-retail experience and knowledge of fashion trends and competitors are preferred.
• Experience with POS systems, mobile POS, basic computer tools, walkie-talkies, and reading price or release sheets.
• Strong English proficiency required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, manage multiple customers, and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, public holidays, peak season, and high-traffic retail days.
• Ability to regularly lift at least 25 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs, and climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver through the sales floor and stockroom.

• Luxury-retail background, social-media skills, live-stream shopping or video-demo experience, clienteling, and customer data-acquisition skills.
