Sales Manager (Luxury Retail)

Location: Dallas, TX, United States; onsite showroom role with evening, weekend, and holiday availability required

Salary: $58,500–$88,450 per year base pay, plus uncapped commission and monthly bonus opportunities up to $1,500

What you will do

• Deliver consultative sales experiences and provide personalized styling and product recommendations.
• Achieve individual and store sales goals for a showroom with annual targets of approximately $5–8 million.
• Coach, motivate, recruit, onboard, train, and mentor sales staff.
• Maintain branded showroom presentation, product displays, cleanliness, and customer service standards.
• Assist with scheduling, payroll, promotions, events, cash reconciliation, opening, and closing procedures.
• Resolve customer concerns and support the Store Manager with daily retail operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or five years of industry experience, including 1–3 years in a retail-management-focused business unit, or equivalent experience.
• Retail sales leadership, key-holder, supervisory, or sales management experience.
• Strong sales, interpersonal communication, analytical, financial, customer service, and team-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to work according to business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods; background and drug screening required.
