Base pay range: $38.25–$51.75 per hour

What you will do

• Lead store performance, forecasting, planning, and delivery against sales and productivity goals.
• Coach associates on premium service, selling standards, clienteling, CRM usage, and omnichannel sales.
• Recruit, onboard, train, motivate, and manage the performance of the store team.
• Analyze selling reports and business trends, identify opportunities, and implement action plans.
• Execute visual merchandising directives and maintain brand-right displays, windows, and store standards.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll, cash handling, inventory processing, loss prevention, safety, and operational compliance.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of store leadership experience in retail or service; luxury or premium experience is preferred.
• Proven sales leadership, coaching and development, stakeholder management, communication, conflict mediation, time management, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Familiarity with CRM and clienteling tools, social media literacy, and knowledge of live or virtual selling trends.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, public holidays, peak seasons, and other high-traffic retail days.
• Ability to regularly lift at least 25 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs, and maneuver through the sales floor and stockroom.
