Distribution Center Manager

Location: Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, United States; onsite. Travel required: up to 10% domestic. Relocation is not available.

Salary: $103,200–$144,000 annually, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Lead daily distribution center operations, including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, returns, auditing, and inventory control.
• Plan labor and allocate resources to meet productivity, accuracy, safety, quality, and service targets.
• Lead, coach, train, and develop an eight-person team while supporting hiring, retention, promotion, and succession planning.
• Define and manage KPIs, using operational data and metrics to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
• Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and related improvement initiatives to deliver sustainable cost savings and service enhancements.
• Partner with supply chain, customer service, commercial teams, global teams, and suppliers on operational strategy and acquisition integrations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of leadership experience in a high-volume distribution center.
• Experience hiring, training, developing, motivating, and retaining teams, with a hands-on and partnership-oriented leadership style.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including inventory control and returns, plus proficiency with WMS, ERP platforms, and data analytics tools.
• Experience with Lean and continuous improvement tools, KPI management, safety culture development, and customer service improvement.
• Applicants must have current authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
