Manager, DSC (Manufacturing Operations)

Salary: $89,570–$97,430 per year, plus eligibility for an annual bonus

What you will do

• Own total facility performance, operational metrics, P&L results, and customer satisfaction for the reconditioning and distribution facility.
• Oversee plant operations on the floor and engage directly with employees in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
• Build, coach, and develop a cohesive team of leaders while maintaining a positive work environment.
• Champion national safety and quality programs and ensure compliance with company policies and federal, state, and local regulations.
• Lead Continuous Excellence initiatives and facilitate the implementation of Total Performance Management.
• Build effective relationships with plant leaders, branch leaders, and corporate partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 8+ years of relevant manufacturing experience, including 4+ years as a department manager and demonstrated career progression.
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, or TPM.
• Technical knowledge of manufacturing operations, warehousing, and distribution.
• Understanding of budgeting, planning, safety, quality, and human resources support functions.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and ERP systems such as SAP, plus proven communication, relationship-building, coaching, and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Consumer products experience, preferably in the food or beverage industry.
